This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities. the exclusive in-room breakfast and private facilities were exceptional and made my stay unforgettable. the room advantages, such as the comfortable bed and the beautiful canal view, were stunning. the staff provided excellent service, being very attentive and welcoming. the location advantages were great, as it was walking distance to many popular sites.
the massage service was not available on my desired date due to staff shortage.

The staff were welcoming and friendly, with good knowledge of the city. The breakfast room had a lovely view over a canal. The service in the cosy bar was excellent, with good recommendations. The location is very good, with all touristic sites within easy walking distance. Cooked to order food at breakfast and a great buffet with attentive service.

This hotel is located in an excellent central location, making it easy to walk to all of the attractions and the neighborhood is quiet. There's a bakery just around the corner that serves delicious croissants. The staff is friendly, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with stunning canal views from some.
The breakfast options are overpriced, and there are plenty of great coffee shops nearby that serve cheaper options.

The hotel had a great location, with fine canal views and close proximity to major attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, with excellent attention to detail. The room service breakfast we ordered was wonderful, and the bed was very comfortable.
The room was quite small and could be a challenge for those with multiple suitcases or staying for a longer period. the shower room was tiny, although the shower itself was spacious.
